According to the UN, each day nearly 1,000 children die due to preventable water and sanitation related diarrhoeal diseases.

The washing of hands with soap at critical times - after using a toilet, when cooking food or before eating - is highly effective in preventing a number of those diseases. Unfortunately, for many families, especially those who are forcibly displaced people or refugees, running water simply isn't an option. Because adults and older children have already built-up resistance, children younger than 5 years of age are the most vulnerable.

Our Vision:

Life-saving handwashing facilities for every family and child by 2030

Our Mission:

An affordable and effective means for every family that lacks running water at home to wash their hands

  • To partner with aid relief teams, NGO's and refugee crisis organisations to reach the most vulnerable, particularly refugees and internally displaced peoples, in every crisis and conflict area across the world
  • Impact the lives of at least 1 million people every year.
